MEET DR. ONIKA PATEL

Dr. Onika Patel is a native of Phoenix, AZ and has been practicing in the dental field for over 10 years. She attended AT Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. After graduation, she completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency through NYU Lutheran in order to be able to provide skilled, comprehensive services to her patients with an eye for cosmetic dentistry.
She completed her Fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction awarded to only 6% of general dentists. Dr. Patel is an Adjunct faculty member at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health in the Restorative Preclinical / Clinical General Dentistry Department. Since completing her residency, she has provided superior care to thousands of patients throughout the valley.

MEET DR. ANGELA WILSON
Dr. Angela Wilson is a dentist who calls Arizona home. She was born and raised in Bishop, California, but has lived in the Phoenix area for the past 15 years. She went to dental school with Dr. Patel at AT Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where they became great friends. Dr. Wilson still teaches at the dental school as a preclinical restorative faculty member.
She performs all procedures at Minted Dental, many patients seek out treatment with Dr. Wilson for her keen eye for detail and her passion for creating beautiful smiles.
In her free time, Dr. Wilson enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and being outdoors. You will often find her out on the lake or hiking with her dog, Draco.

MEET DR. Stephanie Smith
Dr. Stephanie Smith joins the Minted Dental team with a personable background that brings creativity and care to every patient interaction. Born and raised in Connecticut, Dr. Smith earned her Doctorate from Tufts University and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at ATSU-Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where she shared her training with Dr. Patel. Their shared experiences ensure a smooth and cohesive approach to patient care at Minted.
Her extensive outreach work speaks to her heart for community, having led initiatives to support local non-profits with dental care and provide free dentistry for Arizonans with annual events like "Give Kids a Smile”. Dr. Smith believes in providing patient-centered care that goes beyond dental health to reduce anxiety, break down barriers, and deliver results that keep patients smiling.
Did you know? Dr. Smith worked in a comedy club, which she says helps her bring levity and approachability to her dental visits. With 20 years as a competitive dancer and a knack for making jewelry (including running an Etsy shop during dental school), she’s always had a creative interest which translates to her impeccable clinical skills.

MEET DR. TENY MATAVOOSI
Dr. Teny Matavoosi is a talented, caring and compassionate dentist who brings her zeal for dentistry everyday to work. She prioritizes patient comfort, understanding that many people have dental anxiety. She always takes her time to educate her patients, explaining procedures and answering questions so that they can feel empowered to make the best decision about their treatment. Her desire for perfection is reflected in her work ethic and results. She actively engages in continuing education and stays on top of the current trends and technological advancements in dentistry.
Dr. Teny earned her dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy where she was actively involved and graduated with honors. She received the GV Black Award for Clinical Excellence and Community Outreach. Prior to heading to Detroit, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree from University of California San Diego where she was given the opportunity to lead as Clinic Manager for the UCSD Free Dental Clinic.
Did you know? Dr. Teny and Patel actually met through a continuing education study group, and became fast friends due to their similar training and methods of practicing dentistry.
MEET DR. BRENT WOODMANSEE

Dr. Brent Woodmansee completed his undergraduate education at Arizona State University, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and earned degrees in finance and marketing. He then achieved his doctorate of dental medicine at Midwestern University, where he also graduated in the top 5% of his class. Lastly, Dr. Woodmansee finished a Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency with the United States Air Force, earning the title of Advanced Clinical Dentist during his 9 years of service in the military.

Dr. Woodmansee is a member of multiple professional societies, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesia, and the American Dental Association.

Outside of the office he enjoys hiking, off-roading, and skiing. Dr. Woodmansee is a Phoenix native and an avid Arizona State Sun Devil and Cardinals fan. Though he enjoys his hobbies and practice, his favorite time is spent with his wife, Lindsay, and their two daughters Harper and Sloan.
